Abstract

The Chilean Ministry of Health has indicated the change in the traceability mechanism of those infected by COVID-19 as of January 20, 2022, one of the measures being the implementation of self-traceability. It is the people confirmed with COVID-19 who must communicate to others, carry out traceability with those who had close contact. On the other hand, those people who are informed of the risk are categorized as “persons on COVID alert”.
